FS300R17KE3BOSA1 Hakkında
FS300R17KE3BOSA1, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen Full Bridge konfigürasyonlu IGBT modülüdür. 1700V kollektör-emiter breakdown voltajı ve 375A maksimum kollektor akımı ile yüksek güç uygulamaları için tasarlanmıştır. Trench Field Stop IGBT teknolojisini kullanan bu modül, 1650W maksimum güç yeteneğine sahiptir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 300A akımda 2.45V olarak belirtilmiştir. NTC Thermistor entegre edilmiş olup, -40°C ile 125°C arasında çalışabilir. Chassis mount tipi pakette sunulan FS300R17KE3BOSA1, endüstriyel güç dönüştürme, motor sürücüler ve enerji yönetim sistemlerinde kullanılan bir modulasyonlu IGBT modülüdür.
