FIO50-12BD Hakkında
FIO50-12BD, Littelfuse tarafından üretilen 1200V 50A yüksek voltaj IGBT transistörüdür. NPT (Non-Punch Through) teknolojisi ile tasarlanan bu bileşen, 200W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahiptir. I4PAC-5 paketinde sunulan komponent, endüstriyel anahtarlama uygulamalarında, güç dönüştürücülerinde ve motor kontrolü sistemlerinde kullanılır. 150ns reverse recovery time ve düşük switching energy değerleri ile hızlı anahtarlama performansı sunar. -55°C ile 150°C arasında çalışabilir. 2.6V Vce(on) değeri ile verimli enerji transferi sağlar. Through-hole montaj tipi ile geleneksel PCB tasarımlarına uyumludur. Not: Bu ürün üretimden kaldırılmış (Obsolete) statüsündedir.
