FGH20N60UFDTU, onsemi tarafından üretilen Field Stop tipi IGBT transistördür. 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltajı ve maksimum 40A continuous collector akımı ile endüstriyel güç anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. 165W maksimum güç dissipasyonu ile motor kontrol devreleri, invertörler, DC-DC dönüştürücüler ve kaynak cihazlarında yer bulur. 34ns reverse recovery time ve 380µJ (on)/260µJ (off) switching energy ile düşük enerji kaybı sağlar. TO-247-3 paketinde montajlanan komponen, -55°C ile +150°C arasında çalışır. Standard gate input tipi kullanır ve 63nC gate charge karakteristiğine sahiptir.
