FF600R12IP4VBOSA1 Hakkında
FF600R12IP4VBOSA1, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen 1200V/600A IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisine sahip bu bileşen, 3350W maksimum güç kapasitesine ve 2.05V Vce(on) değerine sahiptir. Chassis mount konfigürasyonunda sunulan modül, 2 bağımsız kanala (2 Independent Configuration) sahip olup, -40°C ile 150°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığında kullanılabilir. NTC Thermistor entegrasyonu ile sıcaklık monitorlaması sağlanır. Endüstriyel güç dönüştürme uygulamaları, motor sürücüleri ve enerji çevirici sistemlerde kullanılan bu modül, yüksek akım ve voltaj uygulamaları için tasarlanmıştır. Not: Bu bileşen yeni tasarımlar için üretilmemektedir (Not For New Designs).
