EP1C3T100C8N Hakkında
EP1C3T100C8N, Altera tarafından üretilen Cyclone FPGA serisi bir programlanabilir mantık entegresidir. 2910 logic element, 291 LAB (Logic Array Block) ve 59904 bit RAM kapasitesine sahip bu bileşen, 65 I/O pinine ve 100-TQFP paketine sahiptir. 1.425V-1.575V çalışma voltajı ile 0°C ile 85°C aralığında çalışabilir. Gömülü sistem tasarımları, dijital sinyal işleme, kontrol sistemleri ve veri işleme uygulamalarında kullanılır. Surface Mount montaj tipi ile PCB'ye doğrudan entegrasyona uygun olup, artık üretilmeyen (obsolete) bir komponenttir.
