DGTD65T40S1PT Hakkında
DGTD65T40S1PT, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT transistördür. Field Stop teknolojisi ile tasarlanmış bu komponent, maksimum 80A sürekli akım ve 160A darbe akımı yönetebilir. TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan transistör, -40°C ile 175°C arasında çalışır. 2.4V Vce(on) değeri ve 145ns reverse recovery time ile hızlı anahtarlama özellikleri sunar. 341W maksimum güç kapasitesi, 219nC gate charge ve 1.15mJ turn-on, 350µJ turn-off enerji değerleriyle orta güç uygulamalarda kullanılır. Motor kontrol, güç kaynağı, şarj cihazları ve endüstriyel çeviriciler gibi uygulamalarda tercih edilir.
