D5V0H1U2LP-7B, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen unidirectional Zener tipi TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diyottur. 5.5V tipik reverse standoff voltajı ve 14V maksimum clamping voltajı ile genel amaçlı ESD ve transient koruma uygulamalarında kullanılır. 0402 (1006 Metric) yüzey montajlı paket içinde sunulan bu bileşen, 30A peak pulse akımı (8/20µs) ve 420W peak pulse gücü ile kısa süreli gerilim dalgalanmalarından elektronik devreler ve hassas bileşenleri korur. 190pF kapasitansi (1MHz'de) ve -65°C ~ 150°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığı ile geniş uygulama yelpazesine uygunluk sağlar.
