APTGV50H60BT3G Hakkında
APTGV50H60BT3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/65A IGBT modülüdür. NPT Trench Field Stop teknolojisi ile tasarlanan bu komponent, Boost Chopper ve Full Bridge konfigürasyonlarını destekler. Maksimum 250W güç yönetimi kapasitesine sahip olan modül, 2.45V (15V gate gerilimi, 50A kolektör akımında) Vce(on) değerine sahiptir. Gömülü NTC Thermistor ile termal koruma sağlayan cihaz, endüstriyel uygulamalar, güç dönüşüm sistemleri, motor kontrol ve şarj cihazlarında kullanılır. SP3 Chassis Mount paketi içerisinde sunulan modül, aktif ürün statüsündedir.
