APTGV25H120BG Hakkında
APTGV25H120BG, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/40A IGBT modülüdür. NPT ve Trench Field Stop teknolojisini kullanan bu bileşen, boost chopper ve full bridge konfigürasyonlarında çalışmaya uygun olup maksimum 156W güç seviyesinde çalışabilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate gerilimi ve 25A collector akımında 2.1V'tur. SP4 paketinde sunulan modül, chassis mount tipi montaj için tasarlanmıştır. Kolektör cutoff akımı 250µA ile sınırlı olan bu komponent, endüstriyel dönüştürücüler, motor kontrol uygulamaları ve güç elektronik sistemlerinde kullanılır. 1.8nF input kapasitansi 25V'da ölçülmüştür.
