APTGT20DSK60T3G Hakkında
APTGT20DSK60T3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/32A IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanan bu bileşen, Dual Buck Chopper konfigürasyonunda çalışır. SP3 kasa tipiyle chassis mount yapısında sunulan modül, 1.9V Vce(on) değeri ile verimli iletim sağlar. -40°C ile +175°C arasında çalışabilen bu IGBT, güç dönüştürme, motor kontrol ve endüstriyel uygulamalarda kullanılır. Entegre NTC thermistor ile sıcaklık koruması sunar. Maksimum 62W güç dağıtım kapasitesine sahiptir.
