APTGLQ300H65G Hakkında
APTGLQ300H65G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 650V/600A Full Bridge IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanılan bu modül, 1000W güç kapasitesi ile endüstriyel motor sürücü uygulamaları, AC/DC dönüştürücüler ve güç yönetim sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır. SP6 paketinde sunulan komponent, 2.3V tipik kapanış gerilimi ile düşük kayıp işletme sağlar. -40°C ile +175°C arasındaki geniş çalışma sıcaklık aralığı, through hole montaj türü ve entegre NTC termistor desteği olmayan yapısı endüstriyel uygulamalar için tasarlanmıştır.
