APTGL60DDA120T3G Hakkında
APTGL60DDA120T3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/80A kapasiteli IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanan bu komponentin dual boost chopper konfigürasyonu bulunmaktadır. 280W maksimum güç desteği ile güç dönüştürme uygulamalarında kullanılan bu modül, -40°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilmektedir. SP3 kasa tipinde chassis mount montajı destekler ve entegre NTC thermistor içerir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 50A kollektör akımında 2.25V olup, 1200V collector-emitter breakdown voltajına sahiptir. Endüstriyel güç yönetimi, motor kontrol, enerji çevirimi ve güç kaynağı uygulamalarında tercih edilir.
