APTGF90SK60TG Hakkında
APTGF90SK60TG, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/110A IGBT modülü olup, SP4 şasis montajlı konfigürasyonda tasarlanmıştır. NPT (Non Punch Through) teknolojisi ile üretilen bu modül, maksimum 416W güç dağıtabilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gerilim ve 90A akımda 2.5V olup, collector-emitter kırılma gerilimi 600V'tir. NTC termistor entegre edilerek sıcaklık kontrolü sağlanmıştır. -40°C ile +150°C aralığında çalışabilen bu IGBT modülü, endüstriyel güç uygulamaları, motor kontrol devreleri ve güç dönüştürücülerde kullanılır. Input Capacitance 4.3nF @ 25V'tür. Ürün Digi-Key tarafından sonlandırılmış statüsündedir.
