APTGF50H60T3G Hakkında
APTGF50H60T3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/65A rated IGBT modülüdür. Full Bridge Inverter konfigürasyonu ile tasarlanan bu bileşen, maksimum 250W güç seviyesinde çalışır. NPT (Non-Punch-Through) IGBT teknolojisi kullanılarak üretilmiştir. SP3 paketinde sunulan modülün maksimum Vce(on) değeri 2.45V'tur (15V gate voltajında, 50A kolektör akımında). NTC Thermistor entegrasyonu sayesinde sıcaklık monitoring özelliğine sahiptir. Chassis mount tipi montajla endüstriyel uygulamalarda kullanıma uygundur. Breakdown voltajı 600V olup, standart input seviyelerine uyumludur. Ürün güncel kullanım dışında olup, arşivsel veya yedek parça tarama amaçlı referans olarak değerlendirilebilir.
