APTGF50DDA120T3G Hakkında
APTGF50DDA120T3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/70A kapasiteli IGBT modülüdür. Dual Boost Chopper konfigürasyonunda tasarlanan bu komponent, maksimum 312W güç yönetebilir. NPT tipi IGBT teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanmış olan modül, 3.7V Vce(on) değerine sahiptir. SP3 paketinde sunulan cihaz, entegre NTC thermistor ile sıcaklık koruması sağlar. Chassis mount tipi montaj seçeneği ile endüstriyel uygulamalarda, güç dönüştürücü sistemlerinde, motor sürücülerinde ve anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. Standart input konfigürasyonu ve 3.45 nF input kapasitansı ile uyumlu performans sunar.
