APTGF300SK120D3G Hakkında
APTGF300SK120D3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/420A IGBT güç modülüdür. NPT (Non Punch Through) teknolojisi kullanılan bu modül, 2100W maksimum güç kapasitesine sahiptir. D-3 kasa tipinde chassis montajlı olarak tasarlanmıştır. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate voltajında 300A'de maksimum 3.7V'tur. Collector-Emitter breakdown voltajı 1200V olan bu bileşen, switching uygulamalarında, endüstriyel sürücü devrelerde, UPS sistemlerinde ve motor kontrol uygulamalarında kullanılır. Standard input konfigürasyonu ile standart gate sürücü devrelerine uyumludur. Not: Bu ürün obsolete durumdadır.
