APTGF25H120T2G Hakkında
APTGF25H120T2G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/40A Full Bridge Inverter konfigürasyonunda IGBT modülüdür. NPT tipi IGBT teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanmış bu komponent, endüstriyel motor sürücüleri, UPS sistemleri, kaynak makineleri ve elektrik dönüştürücüleri gibi yüksek güç uygulamalarında kullanılır. 208W maksimum güç kapasitesi, 3.7V açık hali voltajı ve entegre NTC termistör ile ısıl yönetimi sağlar.
