APTGF150A60T3AG, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/230A kapasiteli IGBT güç modülüdür. Half Bridge konfigürasyonu ile tasarlanan bu modül, maksimum 833W güç yönetebilir. NPT tipi IGBT teknolojisi kullanan bileşen, 2.5V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük kayıp özelliği sunmaktadır. SP3 paket içerisinde entegre NTC termistor bulunmaktadır. Chassis mount edilebilen bu modül, endüstriyel uygulamalarda, motor kontrol devrelerinde, güç dönüştürücü sistemlerinde ve ağır akım anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır.
