APTGF150A120T3AG Hakkında
APTGF150A120T3AG, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 1200V/210A kapasiteli NPT tipi IGBT modülüdür. Half Bridge konfigürasyonlu bu bileşen, maksimum 1041W güç dağıtabilir ve chassis mount tipi montajı desteklemektedir. SP3 paketinde sunulan modül, 3.7V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük kayıplar sağlar. Entegre NTC thermistor özelliği sayesinde sıcaklık kontrolü yapılabilir. Yüksek frekans anahtarlama uygulamaları, inverter devreleri, motor kontrol sistemleri ve endüstriyel güç dönüştürme sistemlerinde kullanılmaya uygun bir bileşendir.
