APTCV60HM70BT3G Hakkında
APTCV60HM70BT3G, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V/50A IGBT modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi kullanılarak tasarlanan bu bileşen, Boost Chopper ve Full Bridge konfigürasyonlarında çalışabilir. Maksimum 250W güç kapasitesi ile endüstriyel uygulamalar, elektrik motor kontrol sistemleri, UPS cihazları ve güç elektronik dönüştürücülerinde kullanılır. 1.9V Vce(on) değeri ile düşük açık durum gerilimi sağlar. SP3 paketinde sunulan modül, entegre NTC Thermistor'a sahip olup -40°C ile 150°C sıcaklık aralığında çalışabilir. Chassis mount tipi montaj için uygundur.
