APT200GN60J Hakkında
APT200GN60J, Microchip Technology tarafından üretilen 600V IGBT güç modülüdür. Trench Field Stop teknolojisi ile tasarlanmış bu modül, maksimum 283A collector akımı ve 682W güç kapasitesi ile çalışır. ISOTOP paket tipinde sunulan komponent, -55°C ile +175°C arasında çalışabilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V gate geriliminde 1.85V olup, 14.1nF input kapasitansına sahiptir. Chassis mount konfigürasyonunda kullanılan bu IGBT modülü, endüstriyel sürücüler, invertörler, anahtarlama uygulamaları ve güç dönüştürme sistemlerinde tercih edilir.
