2SC5171, Toshiba tarafından üretilen NPN tipi bipolar junction transistördür (BJT). TO-220-3 paketinde sunulan bu transistör, 2A collector akımı ve 180V Vce breakdown voltajı ile orta güç uygulamalarında kullanılır. 200MHz transition frequency ile anahtarlama ve amplifikasyon devrelerde çalışabilir. Maksimum 2W güç tüketimi ve 100 @ 100mA, 5V DC current gain özelliğine sahiptir. Through hole montaj tipi ile PCB'ye doğrudan lehimlenebilir. Motor kontrol, güç yönetimi ve genel amaçlı switching uygulamalarında uygun bir seçenektir.
